Holy Trinity Juniors are well known for running one of the largest and most popular one day tournaments in Wycombe and entries are received from a wide area. We run competitions for age groups from Under 7's to Under 16's and we invite you to enter. To enter you simply need to complete the form below and make payment.
NOTE: Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accept entries from Academy teams.
We do all we can to accommodate everyone, but on very rare occasions we can become oversubscribed. So, completion of the form does not necessarily guarantee your entry. We will inform you as soon as possible if this is the case and immediately refund any entry fees. Although, again it should be noted, this is incredibly rare. Entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis. And please do not enter any more than two teams per age group, per club. We run single age band competitions, but do reserve the right to combine age groups should we receive insufficient entries in any age groups. Age bands are based on ages at the beginning of the current season.
All successful applicants will be notified mid-April of times of games, detailed rules and a location map.
All teams can consist of boys, girls or a mixed team.
The deadline for entry is 19th April, 2020.
Our tournament is split into the morning and the afternoon depending on age groups.
9:00am - 1:30pm
Under 8's, Under 10's, Under 12's, Under 14's, Under 16's
2:30pm - 6:30pm
Under 7's, Under 9's, Under 11's, Under 13's, Under 15's
The finer detail
Under 9's and above will play 3, 4 or 5 league matches (depending on the number of entries we receive). Match duration will be adjusted to give a similar total playing time across the ages. The better-finishing teams in each age group will then enter a Cup knockout competition. Individual trophies or medals will be presented to all winners and runners-up and the winners will also receive a trophy to keep.
Teams will consist of 6 players and up to 4 substitutes who can be used on a roll-on/roll-off basis (so, a maximum of ten in each squad).
Under 7's and Under 8's will be run on a friendly basis with awards for all participants (as per FA guidelines). Teams will consist of 5 players and up to 5 substitutes, on a roll-on/roll off basis (so, a maximum of ten in each squad).
On-site parking is by programme only, with programmes costing £3. Please have your payment to hand when you arrive to make the process of parking as efficient as possible. Hot and cold refreshments, as well as other concessions, will be available throughout the day. Each team will receive one complimentary copy of the programme on the day.
Please can all teams bring one match ball with them.
And, finally, in the event of adverse weather conditions, the tournament may have to be cancelled. If this is the case, full refunds will be made.
