We take our safeguarding responsibilities incredibly seriously at HTJFC. We would like to ensure everyone understands what this means and its relevance for our football club. Therefore, please can we ask that all parents/carers watch our video before registering. You will be asked to confirm you have done so as part of registration below. Many thanks.
Code of Conduct
At Holy Trinity Juniors we abide by the FA's Code of Conduct for managers, parents, spectators and players. The Code of Conduct has ben approved and endorsed by the Chiltern Church League. Before registering you must read this and ask your child to do the same. You will be asked to conform you have done this as part of the registration process.
Thank you for registering for the new season. Please complete the form below to register and pay for your son or daughter for the 2023/24 season. Payment is taken at the end of the process via our PayPal account. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, you can check out using PayPal as a guest and your normal debit or credit card.
Please note that registration and payment is combined so, in order to register, you must pay at the same time.
If you are looking to join our club then please get in touch using the contact form in the first instance. Some of our teams are currently full, so we may have to place you on a waiting list. But, wherever possible, we try and accommodate everyone.
