Entry for Hazlemere Sixes

Please use the box below to pay for your entrance to our tournament.  We use PayPal to process our transactions.  Don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account, you can check out as a guest and simply use a credit or debt card in the normal way.

When completing the entry, we politely ask for two things:

 

1. If at all possible, please make payment using the same name as you used for the registration form, so we can easily tie them together. 

2. Please add a note to the PayPal check out using your Team Name and Age Group as the reference. As an example, Holy Trinity Juniors Under 9s would simply be HolyTrinity9. You will find the "add note" section at stage 2 of the checkout
